Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Honey Play Box UK. If you aren't satisfied with your product, we want to make it right. Start by contacting us at info@honeyplaybox.co.uk.
For sanitary reasons, Honey Play Box only accepts returns of unopened, unused items. Once we receive your item, we will issue store credit in the amount of the purchase price minus the cost of return shipping.
All discounted and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Shipping fee is non-refundable
If you are not satisfied with a product after trying it, we want to know why. Contact us to tell us what's wrong with your product, and we will issue partial store credit for the item you bought.

For Cancel
To cancel and return your merchandise, please contact Honey Play Box info@honeyplaybox.co.uk within 24 hours of your purchase for a free cancellation. It will take 5-7 business days to receive your refund, depending on your bank’s transfer process.
For Return
Once 24 hours have passed, your purchase has been processed and is already being shipped. If you still want to return your purchase, you have to wait for it to be shipped to you and then ship it back to us after you have received the package.Mail your unopened merchandise back to us and add a 15% restock fee to the payment of your return request.
